Arbor Gates @ Buckhead. is ran by a pessimistic, unprofessional, very rude and nasty woman, Carol. On April 12, 2018 I returned home around 5 pm and found a leak coming from the ceiling of my bathroom. As a result my bath rug and clothing article were soiled/soaked. On April 12th I spoke with the manager, Carol regarding dry cleaning fees and asked her who was responsible for paying for my damaged items. Carol told me to bring her the receipt from my dry cleaning because my neighbor's toilet overflowed and the water from her toilet leaked into my bathroom. Carol told me she was not paying the cleaning cost but would replace at cost value. I took my dry cleaning and rug replacement receipts to the leasing office April 14, 2018. Carol was not present and the staff assured me she knew of the matter and would forward the receipts to Carol. The staff member, Jordan and Niama both told me I would receive a check for the refunded amount or Carol would take the amount off my next rent payment. After getting the quotes Carol never replied. I returned to the leasing office twice to speak with Carol, April 17th she was not present, April 18th Carol and another strange man I'd never seen before in her office explained to me the water from the toilet was clean and therefore I need to wash my own rugs. Carol was very inattentive to my concerns, rude, and smirked the entire time talking to me regarding clean toilet water as if my issue was a joke. This place is a for sure dump if they think toilet water from any standpoint is clean enough to consider drip from another apartment (from their dirty bathroom, floors, etc.). It's not my toilet water or bathroom that caused the leak and it is inhumane and utterly distasteful to tell a tenant to just deal with their neighbors toilet water (period). Because I do not live with that neighbor, I do not know what they do aside from defecating, vomiting, and expelling any other unknown fouls into their toilet. I can only speak for my toilet and I would never stick my hand into my toilet or use the water from my toilet for any other reason but to expel bodily waist or chemicals into to get rid of it. Just one part of the distasteful and poor management at this residence - Arbor Gates @ Buckhead Thanks for being so tacky! Your tenants really appreciate the hostile, inhumane, insensitive, unprofessional, and nonchalant treatment, and for refusing to give us the number to customer service/homeoffice, refusing to return phone calls, address our concerns and issues with your property. Arbor Gates @ Buckhead is so unhelpful and does not care about their paying tenants. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS DUMP!!!!!!
