We used Spengler to replace the blower motor on our HVAC. The technician diagnosed the issue on a Tuesday and provided the cost of the new motor plus installation to be roughly $1,100. We paid and asked about the time frame for it to be fixed. The technician stated the part would come from their supplier but hoped it would be completed by the end of the week. After calling Spengler Thursday and Friday for an update (it was hot with no AC) we were told the issue would not be fixed until the following week because the part was not in. The following week 4 days went by and no part. Not until the following Friday was Spengler able to come out and "fix" the issue...Except the issue was not fixed. AC and fan were running but still nothing coming out of vents. We called on the weekend and a temporary answering service booked us the wrong time slot for Monday to fix it. Finally nearly 2 weeks later the HVAC manager came out to fix what one of his colleagues apparently messed up. After all this I requested to apply the $71 coupon retroactively to my account since ya know it took 2 weeks to fix and...crickets. It's unfortunate because everyone I spoke with especially the front office ladies were pleasant and trying to help but ultimately it's a result based business when you're in the dead of summer in St. Louis.
