Recently purchased a new 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie from Bosak. Communication via the internet and emails was a good start and when we met with Luis Garcia at the dealership, he was warm and inviting, a pleasure to work with. The test drive went well and Luis knew the vehicle through and through. By the end of the evening, with a fair price given on a trade-in in hand, we had our deal sealed. Very little haggling was needed and I left there with a new truck I wanted with very little stress exuded.
The only minor hiccup came with the solo finance manager on duty in the early evening hours when there were multiple sales being completed at the same time, so the drive home was a bit delayed (90 minutes at least).
Recommend the dealership and would shop there again if in the market.
