I have been a GrayHawk Home owner for a little over a year now. Words can't describe how good the people at GrayHawk are. During my 1st warranty inspection all my concerns were address and fixed. I wasn't given any excuses, it was flat out taken care of. On my 11th month warranty inspection again, all my concerns were met with "We'll get it taken care of". At the scheduled appt Mr. Robert Kelley came out to see how the work was progressing and did an outstanding job on my walls and paint issues, most of which were courtesy fixes. Also during the appt we found a hole in the bathtub in the upstairs bathroom that I hadn't noticed. Calls were made and an appt will be set on that fix. Aside from GrayHawks service I couldn't be more happy with the House, construction, and materials used. My house is gorgeous, fancy, in a great neighborhood and even better location. Sometimes people have nothing better to do than to be negative, I encourage you to come to the Lexington Hills subdivision and look at a GrayHawk home for yourself. You won't find a better built, energy efficient home on the market!
