Staff is not the most welcoming, the doctors seem rushed, and the appointments take a long time. They also lowered my prescription because they had said my other doctor overprescribed me. Meanwhile, I was just there to get a renewed prescription to reorder contacts and get glasses that weren t from a previous prescription. Now that they lowered my prescription, my glasses not strong enough in one eye and are only good for wearing around the house. At least they let me keep my old prescription for the contacts. Will be going back to my old doctor.
