Purely from my experience of past 3 months, Poorly organized and lack sense of the area atleast in bangalore. Lack concern towards the users and are very slow learners.
Feel this setup is run by ametures and hope with exposure and experience they will pick up something that will add value to themselves first and help their organization survive in the long run.
