We tried to place a takeout order at the Bayers Lake Pizza Delight location this past Tuesday around 5:15 pm. The phone would pick up and hang up immediately so since we were in the area anyway, we decided to just drive over and place our takeout order in person.
Upon arrival, there were two people dining in and two people ahead of me at the takeout counter who seemed to have been waiting for some time and having issues with their orders. There seemed to be a lot of confusion on the part of the staff. I was eventually able to order and returned shortly after the time I was told but ended up having to wait another 20 minutes. By now at least 6 others were waiting, including two Skip the Dishes drivers, and everyone was frustrated with the delays and confusion. At one point one of the employees said they were training a new chef, which is quite likely based on the food I eventually received.
It seemed as if it was the first day on the job for them all - I don t mean that to be insulting - just a fact, as it seemed to be total confusion.

However, my biggest complain was that one of the ladies at the front counter was wearing her mask over her mouth only, with her nose fully exposed, while coming into close contact with other employees, customers, and food. Unacceptable and in violation of current public health regulations.
I have eaten here before with no issues, (although not recently), but I will definitely think twice before returning.
