I had called Wagner Sign for an estimate on some new signage panels, marketing banners, and other design works for my new building. Not only was she slow with her response after numerous followup, but also she wanted to charge me around $300 to get me a quote. WHAT!!?? You are not the only signage guy here in town where you would ask to be paid to give a customer a quote. If you don't want the work, just say so. I told her thanks but no thanks!! There are tons of sign companies here at Indy would love to do my business and wouldn't charge me for a quote. I've since gone with another sign company (NE side of town). Great service, beautiful sign panels but more importantly, prompt response. FYI - I'm working on my fourth project them now. It's a loss for Wagner.
