Ez/pc took my computer. Held it hostage after dropping it off for a free evaluation. I was told by the owner I would have to pay $90 to get it back even though they weren't sure they could fix it and werent sure what was wrong. It was a Dell duo and I'm curious if someone bought my computer. It was new and to turn it over to make a buck is shameful.
