I enjoy the atmosphere and the security is great here, they're personable which is uncharacteristic for most security officers. It is so much better than what it used to be like there. I do however think that some of their other staff needs a class in regards to customer service, as more than once I have had an employee be totally rude for no reason other than I had asked a question. In hopes that they were just having a bad day, I just thanked them and left.
