This hotel has always had stellar service. The rooms are very stark and clean (all white) which is jarring in the daylight, but at night the lighting is splendid and everything is rich and warmly glowing. The Michael Jordan suite is my fave suite. It has a terrace. I also LOVE the fig candles from the minibar
