While you will pay a deductible, it should be refunded once they receive funds from American Freedom. AFI is not responsive, will lie that they will call. Give them a test call and listen to their voice message which states they are closed during hours they state they are working, normal hours that is. Then hit an extension such our agent, 322. It beeps and goes to voice mail. No message so you don't even know who you are leaving it for. It's a total scam agency. Leave it to your insurance to work it out. We've waited four weeks for an adjuster.
