Shut our power off before our bill was even due. When I called to discuss this issue with a representative, she was incredibly condescending and refused to connect me to her manager. When I disagreed with having to pay a reconnect fee because they chose to shut my power off prematurely, the representative told me that I would just have to deal with my power being shut off each bill cycle until I paid. Aside from the outrageous customer service the deposit fees are absolutely unacceptable. So sad that I am forced to give these people my money as there are no other options in my area.
