I've been working with Jacob Cho on setting up a new insurance plan, and he has been fantastically accommodating. He got me a very reasonable plan, explained in detail all the nuances, was flexible with making a number of changes, and has been super responsive over email. I haven't had to put any claims through yet, but as for service so far: I'd definitely recommend CK Insurance and Jacob!
