The care plan demonstrated a thoughtful and professional interest both in understanding the patient s requirements and to the details of matching caretakers to the specific needs of the patient. The caregivers were both reliable and intuitive. Particularly m offered engagement from the beginning and the relationship has remained very therapeutic. Danielle developed the plan of care and has remained in touch with the progress and communicative with me - as I set up the care in the absence of family and due to the initial health of the patient I was in charge .
I am very grateful for all aspects of their services- including the thoughtful and responsive scheduling- and highly recommend the entire care team. Thank you. Valerie
