Terrible. Michael is a terrible boss and an even worse person. He treats everyone like they aren't worth his presence - and yes that is not a dramatic representation. He is a chauvinistic, insecure man who puts everyone down to make himself feel better. The rest of his staff has a tendency to throw others under the bus to get ahead. I would highly recommend to steer clear of this entire business entity, there is nothing good that comes from working here.
