The buying process was very smooth. I was already pre-approved prior to my arrival which helped. Ian was great and helped me get in and out rather quickly. Ian explained all the features of my new vehichle prior to my departure. I've even received a few emails from him asking how my experience has been with my new car. Excellent customer service. A+ from me.
