Yoga Shanti is a true gem. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and caring, and they create a nurturing environment for all students. I love the variety of classes offered, as it allows me to explore different styles and deepen my practice. The studio itself is beautiful and always clean. I can't recommend Yoga Shanti enough!
