Funny, I've never bought a watch here but I have had FWC change the batteries in several of my electric watches. They do a great job - just $13.50 and they change the battery and set the date and time while you wait. And they're friendly about it! You can't beat that kind of service anywhere.

And if I ever wanted a really nice timepiece, this is the place I'd go. Big selection of luxury brands but most important, Feldmar knows how to take good care of its customers.
