I got my wedding dress at kleinfeld. They do have a wide range of dresses and options and I would definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking for something different than the usual. I loved my dress. They did work with me when I decided to change my first choice to another dress ( this of course was before the dress was shipped out). The only reason I am giving them a 4 out of 5 is because the alterations department was a little hectic. For some reason they don't seem to pick up their phones when u call the department. And the alterations lady was great and sweet but every time we asked for an adjustment it seemed that I had to build my case for the adjustment and a few times my mom requested to talk to another person to convince the alterations lady that it was okay to do such an adjustment. Overall my experience was great and I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else :)
