Fantastic for reasonably priced accommodations! Pool area was beat and clean with extra towels kept right there. Cafeteria- food area was kept neat, clean and well-stocked. If not they went out of their way to make sure our stay was magical! Which Marie in the cafeteria did go out of her way to make sure we all had what we needed, especially considering we we're all either chaperones or members of a home gh school band. Some of the hotel accommodations we're kept up and in need of repair. I can understand wanting to save water and such but we had a pile of et towels on our floor in the bathroom for two days that were never replaced! Disappointed there especially as it was my daughter's first visit to Disney World.
