Totally unprofessional driver along Hwy 40. Flashing his headlights behind me, driving on left asphalt shoulder all while there was literally nowhere for me to go (car in front of me). I moved over, he zoomed by at about 90 mph then got in right lane and slowed down to slower we were originally even going.
