Very unhappy with the service I've received from SA in now two properties I've rented. It ALWAYS takes at least two trips, a week to two weeks apart, to repair an issue. The repair person comes out, says they fix it, issue continues and a second call has to be placed. New tech comes out and discovers the first tech didn't handle the issue right and a part must be ordered. You then have to wait an additional week to two weeks for the parts to not only come in but be mailed to the repair center in your area. THEN you have to wait for the assigned appointment to come. It's pathetic. In my previous rental it took your company MONTHS to finally diagnose a 30 year old AC unit as defunct and order a new one. In the meantime water was pouring into the unit beneath us and creating mold issues. In my current rental a ballast burned out on our light in the kitchen. I informed the customer service rep that it was the ballast when I called. The tech showed up without a ballast and had to order it. I waited an entire MONTH to get a BALLAST replaced in my kitchen. A MONTH. It took FIVE repair trips to fix an issue with my dryer. It's an absolute joke that you guys are a quality service. The only good thing about you is that my landlord pays you guys, and not me. Trust me, if it were me paying you I'd have dropped you years ago.
