NEVER AGAIN 1 & 1!

1 & 1 refuses to port the numbers when we move and does not have internal processes at the front and back under control. Nasty and unfair to us as customers is that 1 & 1 demonstrably delayed the termination - by clarifying the question of whether a service by 1 & 1 is also possible at the new place of residence and thus wants to extend the contract for another 6 months, but not guaranteed with us . The Federal Network Agency is already involved.

CONCLUSION: NEVER AGAIN 1 & 1
