Fast ferry cancelled on outgoing crossing (weather not an issue), no refund forthcoming. Over one hour delay to depart from Ulysses in Dublin due to high volume of passengers from cancelled Swift sailing. Dublin Swift delayed on return journey (not due to weather), ran on reduced power so no advantage in paying premium to use. This is a common occurrence. No response from customer service.
