Your sales people bent over backwards to sell my daughter a vehicle but to service the vehicle and refusing to give her a loaner or worse shuttle her to her home approximately 19 minutes away in Grafton discourages me to purchase anything from your dealership or to encourage anyone to do business with you. Extremely poor Customer service!
