Discount Labels has been one of my trusted vendors for over 20 years. Most of my ordering consisted of just calling and getting a quote and e-mailing an order. Some time ago another trusted vendor ceased operations and I had to switch over dozens & dozens of orders to a new vendor. I contacted Patty Spencer who I had worked with from time to time. Well now i'm working with her on a weekly and some times daily basis. Patty has made the transition a breeze. I can honestly say she is my very best Rep. of any vendor by far. The best is that she makes things happen and I can trust her to do whatever it takes to get the order placed, printed and delivered on time. Many vendor reps just pay lip service and you can't count on the job getting done right and on time. With Patty I never have to worry, She is top notch!
