Definitely was welcomed in, everyone was nice and approachable. Jaeda was super helpful in going over the details of my trade in vs what I wanted, and was quick to make sure that everything was processed smooth. After that, paperwork was a breeze! And they definitely made sure to try and work as much of the value for my car, instead of some low-ball offer from the competition!
