My recent visit to Capital Nissan was as pleasant, efficient and comfortable as can be when dealing with an unexpected transmission problem. I arrived frantically and was greeted by Rachel B. She could immediately sense I was worried and made me feel as if my problem was her own. Her warm and empathetic energy could put anyone at ease. She was nothing short of amazing!! She went above and beyond to help with every part of my situation. I was less than a thousand miles from being out of warranty to replace my transmission and would have had to pay thousands on the repair. She was very thorough when researching my issue further and came back to me with reassuring news that I wouldn t have to pay as much for my transmission repair. On top of everything, she made sure to coordinate a rental car for me knowing I would only be here for the weekend. My experience at Capital Nissan would not have been as spectacular had it not been for Rachel s exemplary service. I truly feel that she is an amazing asset to their team.
