We had a recently purchased vessel that was docked here. The "Y" adapter had sparked and melted the adapter and the end of our shore power plug making them not function. Bill gave us a call to let us know what had happened and to let us know their staff had setup a temporary fix so we would not be without shore power. The same day we got this phone call we had a captain scheduled to arrive to transport the vessel; we were in a tight spot now not having proper shore cords because ours were melted and we were 7 hours away out of town. We explained the time sensitive situation to Bill. He actually took it upon himself same day and bought the proper end an rewired it for us so that our captain would have a working shore cord for his transport trip. This helped us be able to continue with the transport; without Bill doing that for us would have been stuck because we were 7 hours away and could not fix it. Bill provided great communication and above and beyond customer service to us during this dire situation. We highly recommend this marina.
