If I could give no stars, I would. Initially, I chose this location because I heard rave reviews from my neighbor and former co-worker. However, when I went, no salesperson approached me (which I prefer due to not wanting to feel pressured), but when I was finally ready to speak to someone, I walked in and the receptionist, named Jackie, was rude. She took forever before looking up from her cell phone and making eye contact and when she finally did, I felt like a disturbance to her "personal time". She was rude and dismissive. I called the next day and I'm assuming I was routed to her because I recognized her voice and she was laughing and smacking gum before informing me that there was no sales person available to take my call, since they were all busy. This is all it took for me to not want to do business with this dealership. The receptionists and secretaries are supposed to be a representation of the establishment....and all this person did was make me want to do business in the next town.
