I am currently in the process of buying a house that this company is selling for the owner. We just had all the city inspections done and everything and we ve been trying to get copies of the reports from the inspection for over a week now. The agent says that they will send them to us but never does and it s really starting to affect mine and my husbands living situations currently. Luckily we have it figured out but only for now. Like you would think this person would want to close so they can get paid. Unless they are trying to hide something from us! So from my currently experience working with them I highly would not recommend they suck at communicating!
