I came in looking for a 2021 4 runner night shade edition. The 4runner I wanted was still on the cargo ship at the port. I waited 2 weeks for this vehicle. My Product Specialist Ryan Dong Kept me updated everyday as I anxiously waited for my vehicle to land at the dealership. His communication was top notch! Talk about Customer service! Also, Jack helped me out in the delivery process and he made sure everything was flawless before releasing the vehicle to me. I can't recommend Ryan and Jack enough. They helped me out so much in my vehicle purchase. I would give them 10 stars if I can. Super happy with my new Vehicle!
