This hotel is okay. We ve stayed in worse places for more money, but probably will look for a different hotel next time we re in Chicago. The room was clean-ish. It s hard to keep an all white room super clean, but there were scuff marks on the floor and finger print smudges on the walls. Not a huge deal, but there was a small spider on the wall as well. We didn t bring up any of these issues with the staff, as it felt like they were a little short with us during the check in process.

The hotel is within walking distance to Millennium Park and the bean and has lots of places to eat within walking distance as well which is nice. The hotel doesn t own the parking garage, so they charged us $51 for in & out parking privileges for one night. That felt kind of like a rip off.
