Called Bauer Media 5 January 2014 (twice, last call 16:18) to enquire on magazine Australian Gourmet - surprised to be told by switchboard (Option 2) " I am away from my desk etc. etc".Tried Mag Shop (Option 1) - "your call is in a queue estimate 13 mins wait" - surprised that a media/communications company can be so 'non-communicative'.
