Bad experience. The after-sales service at the shop (SAG80 Milan) and the manufacturing company was totally unsatisfactory and with very long problem solving times. I bought an ArcLinea kitchen in July 2019 and the marble top had obvious imperfections. It took 15 MONTHS to replace the hob ... Same disservice for the sale of the hood which has serious design errors (confirmed by the manufacturer of the hood). In my opinion it is a real shame that the quality of Italian design is sometimes in the hands of bad sellers.
