eBay has knowingly engaged in illegal trafficking of items unsaleable per State and Federal law, including allowing abusive practices using a computer. As an e-commerce site eBay falls under the governances of internet communications.
To include but not limited to deception, of eBay practices by policy and procedures to subscribing members, whether sellers or buyers. eBay has knowingly created an abusive climate of through same practices, with disregard for those FTC, FCC, and other Governances guidelines. Through illegal unauthorized access of accounts by staff, eBay has engaged in the collection of random fees in accounts by having FULL trespass access to via staff, with no recourse by account holders. These violations are a trespass upon computer accounts through staff acknowledgement, having full access to modify seller/buyer accounts. Documentations will be forthcoming to all Governing bodies capable of enforcement and a formal lawful inquiry. Including allowing concerted activities cyber attacks on seller reviews on seller platforms.
