Consultant helping my daughter was not the best for us. She was not much of a talker and would not pull a dress we wanted my daughter to try. Finally when my daughter said she wanted to increase her budget by $500.00, she pulled the dress. Why didn t she tell us right away the dress she wanted to see was over her budget? We left the store and went elsewhere. We returned to Vera s to try on that dress one more time. The original consultant had gone home and we had Rebecca. What a 360 in consultants. Rebecca, pulled the dress, asked my daughter if she preferred to step into the dress or go over her head? Our previous consultant made my daughter step into the dresses and she was always tripping over and standing on the dress. Rebecca also explained how a dress looks better with the correct under garments, and let her try on the dress with the suggested bra. 1st consultant did not mention this. Rebecca was amazing and played a big part in my daughter purchasing the dress she wanted to try on from the start. When making an appointment I highly recommend asking for Rebecca. Tammy the Saturday manager was also supper.
