Overall this experience left me feeling as though they don't have the customers best interest rather just want to make a quick buck. Applied for a May 1st apartment with a one year lease and had to send forms multiple times. Very little communication throughout the process and disorganized - we had to follow up and ask for updates. No flexibility with when to sign the lease and only found out the terms of the lease once we were actually at the office. Moreover we were never told that it would be an April 15 move in date with a year and 15 day lease. Very unsatisfied but unfortunately the landlords and companies have all the power in NYC forcing tenants to take whatever they can get. Definitely won't be using this group when looking for my next apartment.
