I ended up in the emergency on New year's Eve and ...

I ended up in the emergency on New year's Eve and I was feeling really under the weather, but as soon as I walked in the door and seen how packed it was I was going to turn around and flee. I knew I couldn't do that because I needed to be checked, what eased my pain and anxiety were the staff of St . Mary's. Let's start with the greeters the young lady at the front desk to the lady at the registrar and last but not least the person you give your insurance and pic id to ladies your customer service skills and attitude today were amazing thank you and I wish you a happy and prosperous New Year!!

Now, let's move on to the back where treatment begins, I would like to give a shout out and appreciation to Dr. Schladenhaufen, my nurses who put a smile on my face and laughter in my heart Kathy, Melissa, Krol and Burandt. Your gentleness and caring attitude is priceless!!! Everyone handled the hustle and bustle of patients coming and going like troopers, my sickness wasn't a sickness it was a scare but I ended up being ok. If I had a basket full of medals you guys deserve one because you could have been anywhere tonight and you chose to be at work helping and caring for people, I am grateful and truly blessed to have had the treatment I had tonight. Thank you!!!

PS. Also, thanks to the young lady I met in the waiting room after you get an ultrasound she was a nurse. Thanks to my ultrasound tech too I apologise for not getting or remembering your name. Have a blessed and prosperous Year you deserve it!!!

So I recommend this hospital in the event you need an emergency room!!!!
