I personally know Rachael, and she was by far the most honest and upfront person I have ever dealt with. Not only because I know her, but because she doesn't want there to be anything surprising to show up later! Buying a home and getting a loan is so complicated, but she made it super easy and explained things SO well! It she doesn't think she can help you, she will be completely honest and let you know why, and what she can possibly do to help in the future! Absolutely loved working with her!
