I could not speak highly enough of this hotel and the staff! They are absolutely amazing and go out of the way to make sure that everything is taken care of. I truly have never stayed at a hotel where everything was perfect! The concierge was super helpful and helped us plan a great trip. He was very knowledgeable!

The front desk people were wonderful and so outgoing! It s nice to see some personality and welcoming smiles!

This Georgia girl loves the people in San Fran! Keep up the great work Hilton! You have some true rockstars!
