I've had multiple horrible experiences with this V...

I've had multiple horrible experiences with this VA. I stopped in to receive stitches and waited roughly 5 hours before getting up and driving to another location. The operators have thrown me back into the call menu or hung up on me before I can ask my question. I can see why the Phoenix VA has the reputation of being the worst VA in the nation. A VA in Missouri accidentally infected 1800 veterans with HIV yet this place still has the reputation for being the worst.
