I contacted Host about two student lets in January...

I contacted Host about two student lets in January, despite the two hour response time they promise, it actually took days, so I rang them, was told I needed to see pictures, and they would send me an email. I wait a few more days. No email. I have been ringing, emailing and leaving voicemails every day for several weeks and got absolutely nowhere, and it was in fact somebody else that told me there was no properties, not the company I have been trying to get in contact with for weeks!!! Awful customer service, disorganised, no communication. Nothing. They have spent so long messing myself and my friends that we do not have a house for next year.
