So...Servpro guys were great handling the damage from a behind the closet wall leaking hot water pipe - responded quickly, got rid of the moldy wall so the plumber could fix the pipe, set up a fan to dry up things - all that was great. BUT...Servpro needs to do a MUCH better job of contracting with rebuild contractors. Although the guy they sent, Parker Leclair, came to view the extensive water damage quickly, he said he'd send an estimate within 10 days, but never did. When I checked with Mike at Servpro, he said it would come on that Friday, end of the week. It never did. I contacted Mike again, and I was informed Parker had been away on a trip!!!! The estimate would come on Monday. It never did. Contacted Mike on Tuesday (note that in none of this did Parker EVER contact me himself!) and at some point said "look, if Parker is not interested in this job, he NEEDS to let me KNOW so I can find someone else!". At which point Mike sends the message "Unfortunately, we will be unable to deliver the services you deserve. Sorry." Really??!! Wow...find yourselves another contractor, guys, cuz Parker Leclair is doing nothing for your business...at least not with THIS customer!
