Very unhappy with Bill Christman! He didn t come with us to look at any houses. We worked with his son who was very good and knowledgeable. When it came time for our closing no one from this realty showed up! We were left entirely on our own.

When it came to selling our old house, we didn t feel like Bill was working for us. It felt like he was working for the buyers. I get that we may have had unrealistic expectations about what the house would sell for, but a sit with Bill to discuss reality and without tone would have been nice. Significant damage was done to the house during showings. He blamed us for the damage despite the fact that we were moved out.

Absolutely a bad experience! We ended with a total lack of trust and respect.
