Horrible company and service! All they do is lie and screw over the customers!!!! I advise not to go through them. When we first signed up the guy said our bill would stay $50 with unlimited internet. It stayed that way for 1 month and it only included limited service. It raised $10 after a month and when it was first being installed the man who came out told us to get a router from Wal-Mart because it's a waist of money to go through the company for the SAME kind of router. So we did and our internet is constantly being knocked out. We have to reconnect it MULTIPLE times a day. Not only that but they said they no longer carry our plan and we would be NOT be charged additional charges for uping our plan. Well they lied it is now an additional $30 added to our bill. If you can find another company to go through definitely check them out before going through this huge headache of a company.
