My internet connection has been spotty at best for a while, but it wasn't worth calling these people. It finally quit for good, and I called them. I was told that the first appointment for a technician was 5 days from now. I guess I'll just pay these thieves for a significant portion of the month while I twiddle my thumbs. Can't wait for Google fiber to bury these clowns.
