Holly Feder Review of Toyota of Richardson

Recently, I purchased a car for the first time since 1989. I realized 4 days after my purchase I did not understand the paperwork as clearly as I thought. There was a discrepancy of $500 in the trade computation.
Toyota of Richardson had every right to say to me, "Caveat Emptor: Let the Buyer Beware." However the General Sales Manager, Cesar Sotelo, was kind enough to meet with me to address the problem and it was resolved to my satisfaction.
In the U.S., the number one consumer complaint involves auto financing. I am pleased to say there is an auto dealership that cares about their customers and for whom "customer service" is not just an empty platitude. For this reason, I wish to bring Toyota of Richardson (Texas) to your attention as an outstanding dealership.
