The first room we got had a previously flooded sink and the entryway carpet was wet and soggy, so we switched to a different room. The rooms are very spacious with a mini kitchenette, they even have a small sink in there and fridge, microwave you need to pay extra for. The room temperature is easily controlled and I loved that they had a warm blanket already on the bed! Lucy checked us in and out, and took care of the room switching, she's so lovely and friendly, it was great. Overall great hotel and service
